Facelift

Aging is a natural process that may change the appearance of the face and neck. This may result in a sagging of the tissues of these regions. Other changes may occur in the skin, such as wrinkles, sunspots, and creepiness. The muscles in our neck also change, creating unwanted bands. The ‘face lift’ literally lifts the temple, cheek, and neck in one operation. A more youthful appearance is obtained by tightening muscles and removing sagging or excess skin. If you have a double chin, this can be sculpted at the same time. The texture of your skin will not be changed by a facelift, nor will acne scars or age spots disappear. Chemical peels, laser peels or other skin treatments may be the appropriate procedure to correct or improve skin texture.
