Breast Liposuction – Safe And Effective Breast Reduction

Breast liposuction is a safe and effective way to reduce the size of a patient’s breasts, especially when that patient is feeling back or neck pain as a result of having breasts that are too large for the body’s natural frame. What makes breast liposuction a popular option is that it doesn’t involve any large incisions, meaning patients don’t have to worry about contending with surgical scars or significant restrictions while healing. Breast liposuction is an excellent option for patients who want to decrease a cup size and have excellent skin laxity to support the change.

How Does Breast Liposuction Work?

Breast liposuction is performed in a similar manner to regular liposuction, in that a small cannula is used to break up fatty tissue and manually remove it from the breasts. The procedure doesn’t involve surgical incisions, and can sometimes be performed under local anesthesia. The entire procedure takes one to two hours to perform with excellent results, with many patients feeling a significant improvement in neck and back pain almost immediately after the surgery.

Who Is a Good Candidate For Breast Liposuction?

You’re a good candidate for breast liposuction if you want to reduce the size of your breasts, but don’t want to go through incisional surgery to do it. All patients should be nonsmokers with realistic expectations for their procedure.
